Who We Are

RotaLedger is operated by Faisal Badshah Creation. The app helps small businesses manage staff timetables, reports, team records and daily sales.

Information We Collect

RotaLedger may collect and store the following information when you use the app:

• Account details such as email address and Firebase user ID.
• Optional profile details such as name, employee number, phone number and work preferences.
• Team information such as team code, team name, member role and staff access settings.
• Timetable and report data such as shift times, day-off records, weekly hours and monthly summaries.
• Sales records such as product name, price, shop/location and date entered by the user.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide app features, sync user data across devices, let admins manage teams, generate reports, control sales access and support users.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. RotaLedger uses Firebase services from Google to provide account login, cloud storage and hosting. Data may be processed by Google Firebase as part of providing those services.

Security

Data is transferred using encrypted connections. Access to team data is controlled through Firebase authentication and database rules.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and app data inside RotaLedger from Profile > Account > Delete Account & Data. You can also follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
